4th Grade Teacher Arnulfo Reyes who was shot twice and lost all 11 of his students speaks out for the first time and it is heartbreaking. Two big key things I got from this is the fact that drills that the school has been practicing don't work in this situation and there was no other drill. Second, him saying that the cops have bullet proof vest and he didn't really has to have these cops thinking about their non-actions.
