What the F**K! This is so disgusting to me, I love steak and this is not the way I will be cooking my steak anytime soon. The perfect steak should be cooked on a high flame with enough seasoning so it won't come off. There is different ways to cook a steak, I know some people throw it in the oven then sear it on a high flame. Does a good steak need steak sauce or no? What is the best type of steak? Man, I need to start a Steak Podcast or something.
