A video has emerged where you can see a cop drag a handcuffed teen cover the concrete by his hoodie even though the teen is not resisting arrest.
According to reports the cops stopped the teen and his Dad, no word just yet on why they were stopped, but you can see the Dad and teen handcuffed on the ground. Then the cop drags the teen from one side to another.
The cops then shoved the Dad into the squad car.
According to reports the officer violated department policy. "There was no immediate need or emergency for Officer Moore to take the action of dragging the arrestee."
Officer Moore, has been suspended with pay until January 11th. He'll undergo training as a condition for his return.
