So the Kansas City Chiefs parade is today and it hasn't even started and craziness has already started with this idiot who decided to break through the parade route and go on a car chase. What the hell are they thinking and what was the plan? I bet this idiot was a KC Fant too! It's a parade to celebrate your team and you go on and get yourself arrested before it even starts?
